“Brett called before arriving and came to our home on time. He was personable, professional, and very informative in answering questions that we had. He performed the Spring maintenance of our home system as part of our service agreement. He shared about several issues that we know we have with our system. He replaced the thermostat with a model that will work great for our needs without selling us the most expensive one. The explanations and recommendations made for resolving our long-term heating and cooling needs were excellent and we believe them to be accurate. Brett is an excellent Foss Heating & Cooling representative and we are very pleased with the service we received!”
