The install team of Mike, Pete, Vlad, Kyle and Amelia were great and did a quality job that exceeded my expectations. They were meticulous, courteous and hard-working. Andre, our fire-up technician, wrapped things up with a very thorough inspection, start-up and hand-off. The team at Foss knows what they're doing and this shows in every interaction I've had with them.”

“The Foss team showed up on-time, well-prepared and did a great job of installing our Mitsubishi mini-split system. Mark walked me through all of the options and was prompt in answering any questions during the process. The installers were meticulous making sure that the indoor heads were correctly placed and that any visible components were level, plumb and cleanly installed. The process wrapped up with the system activation and a thorough test in both heating and cooling modes, verifying that the units were within the manufacturer's specifications by performing wet-bulb/dry-bulb tests and lots of calculations. The numbers were right on the mark. It was easy to see that the guys knew what they were doing and not just "going through the motions". The subsequent follow-up to make sure that we are satisfied with the system has been great as well. There's no question that we will continue to use Foss for our HVAC needs.”
